I've now made two of these wall hanging planters with driftwood and 3mm cord. They came out very nice. Thank you for the tutorial.
It would be nice if you gave some information in with your description like how long and what size your dowel is that you made this hanger with since you have gotten so many likes for it. Lovely pattern but some people just don't have the knowledge to figure it out on their own.

I agree with the others, that there are several parts where we can't see which string is going over, which makes it hard to follow. But thanks for the video!
At around 6min, it helps to think of one "working" string that you're always looping around back, and the other should be a straight string with no loops in it, that you're working around.

it's too fast and I can't always see how you are doing it especially when you do the right side, looks beautiful but yes what knot are you doing and do you switch on each side?
You can also the video down . Click on the top right hand three dots and choose the speed lever you desire. Hope this helps!
I agree, and wish her hands were always in the photo... I slowed down the video to .25 times and still gave up!

It's called an alternating half hitch knot that's why she goes from side to side. 😁🙏🙏
I found it WAY too fast, and too much dropped out of shot to see which way the rope was meant to go to do the knots. Even at half speed I struggled to keep up!

Great tutorial and I got the hang of it eventually. But how do you put the beads in. You show the place of them but not putting them in?
Take 2 cords in the middle 14:22 and add the bead, usually I wrap the ends of the cords with adhesive tape to bead the wooden beads

I like this pattern but why did you say 13' cords 6.5' up and down? I ended up with 4 feet of extra cord and it would have been so much easier to work with without the long pieces.
