Mystery Mail: Creating a Hinged Box from Recycled Materials

After I received mystery mail in a team swap from Ugly Glass & Co., I began constructing a keepsake box using the box it was mailed in. Can’t throw anything away, ya know!
With hot glue, I added hinges I bought from the hardware department. Then covered the entire surface with newspaper and glue for extra strength and durability. Decorated it with items from the mystery mail.
Admittedly, made a few mistakes along the way. But that’s okay! Is it the right way to do this project? I dunno, it works for me!
