Hello! I came to the UK with my wife in December 2022 on the study-dependent visa route. At that time my wife was on a student visa. During the studies, our 4-year-old child also came to the UK on a dependent child visa. Later, due to some personal reasons, he had to be sent to India. After some time, I also came to India to take care of him. Currently, my wife is in UK on the graduate visa route. So, if I and my baby have lived together in UK on student dependent visa and are currently in India, can we apply for a dependent graduate visa?
Hi what do we put in the column where it asks for the visa expiry date of main applicant? Do we put the current visa expiry date ? Or the estimated expiry date of the graduate visa that the main applicant has applied for???

For psw applications, in my passport have only have given name , no have Surname but in applications it requires to write Surname then what I do? I write my given name in also Surname tell me madam as soon as possible?

But now I get it-yeah, in India and Pakistan, it’s standard practice to use the passport number instead of a National ID; as passport acts as the primary official form of identification in these cases. After 31st October, your work rights will still be restricted to the conditions of your student visas (e.g., part-time during term time and full-time during vacation periods) until you receive a decision. However, if your course has ended, you are usually allowed to work full-time. I would recommend confirming this with an immigration advisor to ensure your specific conditions are clear. If your employer requests additional verification, you can provide your unique application reference number as proof of your pending PSW application decision. In fact, I got my first field job while my application was still pending, using that reference number.
