IMO Wibmer hands down is one of the best riders ever. How is Canyon's customer service? No matter how good the bike is these days I want a level of customer service that matches the quality of the bike. None of this Specialized customer abandonment crap.
I bought a Canyon Stoic about a year ago and am still super happy with it, it was missing the suspension-pump when i got it though. After reaching out to canyon's support they immediately sent me one and so my experience so far has been great. I have read some stories of people who had a really bad experience with the customer service though, i guess with every company you sometimes have great experiences and sometimes not so great ones, in terms of Bike-Quality and my own experience i can definitely recommend Canyon though.

I have the Spectral CF 9 27.5 with the G5 integrated carbon stem and handlebar. I would like to route the front brake cable through the stem. Any good solution from Canyon directly? I also have the Stitched Trials which has the cable routed through the stem already .
