That is not at all correct, people really like HF and honestly it is the most balanced out of all the SF 2 games, the other 2 popular option are CE which is pretty much the same game slowed down but Bison/Dictator is broken in that game and Super Turbo which is good but also has broken characters like Old Sagat and Vega/Claw are broken so this is pretty much the most balanced version although not the most played...
