These vocalizations seem like RNG as they don’t seem correspond to anything happening on the screen. Maybe lazy work by the programmers? Not sure honestly what to make of it.

Then I notice your gameplay run and see that you and the computer are taking just about even damage from each other and delivering about the same damage to each other too. Are some versions of Street Fighter just more difficult where the computer has a buff and you the player a nerf?? I kinda notice the same in other TH-camrs play throughs too, some are even like this TH-camr’s run, and others are ridiculously one sided with the player being nerfed and the Computer being buffed.
Balrog has one of the most difficult challenges in hard mode as the CPU says "F*** you I hit first" with most of his punches and specials not connect confirming due to programming. Somehow it's always harder on a black man ..... (Dhalsim has it the worst BTW)
Only if Dhalsim doesn't let him in, which he is designed to do as a "zoner" character. Dhalsim was a top tier character throughout the SF2 series. Balrog just happens to be top tier as well.
@@metrowater2819 you dont hold the punch button, you hold back for atleast 2 seconds then forward and punch. The longer you hold back is the higher punch you get. To do the uppercut you hold down for atleast 2 seconds then up and punch

You'll notice in the first few fights that he's holding down the kick buttons while attacking with the punch buttons. Sure did feel like CPU Balrog fought that way in World Warrior.
Dhalsim got the worst beating. Its not only with Balrog, but with other characters such as Ken, Ryu, Blanka and Guile, I have seen players decimating Dhalsim with perfect scores and in less than 15 secs. As for Bison, his one kick or a punch takes away a lot of power and that's how it becomes difficult to beat him.
