Guy from Madrid here, Parque Warner always runs 1 train with the exception of August when the park is just so full you can't even fit a needle in there. It is the most american-like park in Europe by far, you're right. You didn't miss anything by not riding Coaster Express, it is rough, painful and just boring. And you probably had jamón serrano with olive oil, consider yourself lucky, they are REALLY expensive outside of Spain. imo it's a nice park but they need to get something big and new, their last additions were just bland and only focused on their family section of the park. Oh well, hope you enjoyed your stay.
Zyroshi Out of four visits to Parque Warner in August during different years, only one year I saw them operating Superman and Batman on 2 trains, but I’ve rarely seen it busy there! They need to widen their marketing and go down the same route as PortAventura, get the tourists in!

And it's odd that it wasn't busy, it used to get REALLY busy, but as I said, people are getting tired of the park, nothing new, nothing interesting. Such a shame, lately I just rather go to Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, it's way closer to Madrid itself and it's still a really nice park with some good rides. Going to Parque Warner is just not worth it.
Zyroshi I totally agree that something big is needed, the lack of investment is crazy really, but is the new water park and hotel open? Hopefully that’s the start of some new things to come! My visits were in 2012 2013 2014 2016 and 2017, I only saw it busy one time, I’d love for them to get a big new coaster.
@@yourexperienceguide I hope it is, they have teased a bit about a new big coaster, but if I'm honest, they should just get the RMC treatment for Coaster Express, that'd be everything they need to do to bring crowds back to the park for the next 5~ years, but I doubt they will. They made a poll for a new coaster and the flying coaster won, the thing is, they didn't specify the model, so if it's a zamperla volare, that'd only make the park worse, and still, they made that poll in 2017 but we had no news after that, so it was a little bit pointless. The only parks that are doing it right in Spain are Portaventura and I guess Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, but the latter can't expand because it's situated in a protected area. I wish other parks could step up their game and compete with Portaventura for the best spanish park title, but I'm pretty sure that will never happen.
Zyroshi I agree with everything you say there, I’m not the biggest RMC fan but firmly believe that’s what’s they need, converting Coaster Express would have a hugely positive impact on their gate figures. PortAventura badly needs competition, I don’t like the way they’re going at the minute.
I really like this park, it has a good feel about it but at the same time feels like they lack direction, they need to open up their marketing further than locally and turn it into a destination resort like PortAventura, they’d find themselves in a much better position if they did so IMO. For that to happen they’d obviously need to sort their dire park operations out, but all in all it’s a lovely place with some good coasters.
Ironically that was the initial plan for the park but then the crisis came in and they were screwed :) But they do need to start expanding the dam park

This park was actually operated by Six Flags from 2002-2004, and because that management arrangement from Six Flags was terminated, it is now owned by WarnerMedia. So, there is still evidence of Six Flags here.

Honestly before I went on it I was expecting some pain and a meh experience. But it's actually quite intense and smooth. It's really an incredible coaster. Not top 10 obviously but I would love to have it in my home park.

I visited the park this past July and rode Coaster Express, and I have to say it really surprised me. I was expecting it to beat me up, but for the most part it didn’t . Yes it had some roughness and jerkiness here and there, but i came off enjoying my ride and it’s one of my favorite woodies. However I wouldn’t ride it twice in a row, but that’s just my personal preference

You've got Six Flags all around the country. I love Six Flags for containing DC and Looney Tunes. I got my picture taken with Sylvester at Great Adventure when I was younger.
Yay I wanted to be in there as I live in Spain, and although my home park is PortAventura, I've been in Parque de Atracciones. It's a very nice park, although the roller coasters are short, and Tarántula, the spinning coaster, is pretty rough. Well, at least they have an Intamin, Tornado!
My home park is PW and I'm visiting Port Aventura this summer for the first time in 14 years, I'm excited about its rides and some shows but it's fair to say Port Aventura's mood in general is a bit childish and there's so much purpurin on their suits for my likings unlike PW. Pretty excited tho

The day that Walt Disney’s Epcot Center put a South Korea Pavilion and show off a Takeshima related attraction being called Doko and removes Japan as a Pavilion at Epcot, you will see a Warner Bros related theme park in Japan taking over the space of the Disney Parks in Tokyo.
Six Flags Fiesta Texas had the scooby doo ride too, but that shut down at the beginning of the year. Its being replaced with a pirate themed ride and itll open at midnight of January 1st, 2019 and ill be at the grand opening

I know you weren't there for long, but it seems like all USA six flags park's could never figure out how to get those giant vekoma inverted boomerangs to operate properly. Yet all the ones overseas seem fine. Is it just costly to keep up hence the corpse at six flags new england (that should be moved to six flags america, they got the original invertigo but we know those are awful to run like invertigo/stinger).
This one here operates properly and runs smoothly tho they shut it very often for revision purposes and some days may be entirely closed but not as much as you suggest USA's are
Boo Blasters wasn't originally Scooby Doo themed, they were originally called Ghost Blasters (clearly trying to cash in on Ghostbusters) and they were all converted to the Scooby Doo theming when the Hanna Barbera licencing came in, but when this wasn't renewed they became Boo Blasters on Boo Hill, which is the best name for anything. I went to a Ghost Blasters in Scarborough in the UK when I was like 3 or 4 and this skeletal ghoul jumped out at us and I screamed started crying and hid behind my mum for a bit before she convinced me that it was okay and then I got my revenge on those damn ghosts by blasting the crap out of them.

I've visited the park a few years ago. I adored it, but you really lost nothing by not going on that wooden coaster. It was the only coaster I went on cuz I was like 14 or 15 at the time and I was afraid of inversions. It was the one coaster me and my sister went to with my brother and we all came out of it with legit motion sickness. Super uncomfortable, rough, my sister literally grabbed my head cuz it was bopping around so hard she was afraid I'd hurt myself. Lovely park besides that

I think you probably ate a jamón serrano sandwich with olive oil. It's a pretty common meal in Spain. In fact, I eat a lot of jamón serrano. Like, almost everyday (but of course, I pick the cheapest one from the store, because it can be a little pricey lol). Lots of foreign people find jamón serrano weird or gross... And it's totally normal. In Spain, people eat it since they are lil kids, but outside is a really expensive food, not common at all, and also is an acquired taste food, so... It's ok that you don't like it that much. Don't worry.

By then he will going to a Disney Park in South Korea saying that this is the Disney Park that put the other Disney Parks to shame, to say the Korea Disneyland is the true Disney Park, because it will be the Disney Park with 30 rollercoasters, saying if you want to go to a real Disney Park head to South Korea and he shows all the rides and attractions including the 30 rollercoasters.
Some kind of to say what might be, a similarity to Six Flags once Six Flags where owned by Time Warner, yep Warner Bros might acquired two Disney Parks in Japan soon when South Korea puts a Pavilion at Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida and to promote their first attraction about Laincourt Rocks to replace the Japan Pavilion with Holland or Greece. For that what will you see for rollercoaster enthusiast the real Disney Park will be in South Korea it will be with more rollercoasters than Magic Mountain and most of the rides like Cedar Park quality with a Pirates of The Caribbean rollercoaster, and ye my one Star Wars related coaster probably Dark Side related and the rest will be based on the Marvel Universe and probably will be the first Disney Park to have a Hulk related rollercoaster called Hulk Mountain and the best version of Space Mountain with 10 loops putting the original Space Mountain in Orlando, Florida to shame and it will even mop the floor with the Space Mountain in Paris. Yet a Warner Bros style theme park in Japan could also means adding a Disney Park in South Korea dethroning the other Disney Park that is being acquired by Warner Bros in Japan, and also dethroning Cedar Park as the rollercoaster capital of the world. The Disney Korea in Seoul will have about 20 or 30 rollercoaster rides, that also could include Maleficent Mountain next to the Sleep Beauty Castle at Disney Park Korea, yet it will have more Marvel related rollercoasters than the Universal Islands of Adventure Park combined. This all could be related to a South Korea Pavilion at Epcot Center of promoting a Laincourt Rocks related attraction and axing the Japan Pavilion to be replaced by another country only for Warner Bros taking over the Disney Parks in Japan.

We use to have Atlantis Water Park, yet seems their is a Warner Bros Studio Park in Miami, Florida yet their is probably you’ll see one in Vegas.

We rented a car and went straight from Madrid international airport to Parque Warner. I am not familiar with what public transit options are available to Parque Warner

I think you probably ate a jamón serrano sandwich with olive oil. It's a pretty common meal in Spain. In fact, I eat a lot of jamón serrano. Like, almost everyday (but of course, I pick the cheapest one from the store, because it can be a little pricey lol). Lots of foreign people find jamón serrano weird or gross... And it's totally normal. In Spain, people eat it since they are lil kids, but outside is a really expensive food, not common at all, and also is an acquired taste food, so... It's ok that you don't like it that much. Don't worry.

It was a lot better than Goliath at SFNE. Had better restraints, it was forceful, smooth, and fun.

By then he will going to a Disney Park in South Korea saying that this is the Disney Park that put the other Disney Parks to shame, to say the Korea Disneyland is the true Disney Park, because it will be the Disney Park with 30 rollercoasters, saying if you want to go to a real Disney Park head to South Korea and he shows all the rides and attractions including the 30 rollercoasters.
Some kind of to say what might be, a similarity to Six Flags once Six Flags where owned by Time Warner, yep Warner Bros might acquired two Disney Parks in Japan soon when South Korea puts a Pavilion at Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida and to promote their first attraction about Laincourt Rocks to replace the Japan Pavilion with Holland or Greece.
For that what will you see for rollercoaster enthusiast the real Disney Park will be in South Korea it will be with more rollercoasters than Magic Mountain and most of the rides like Cedar Park quality with a Pirates of The Caribbean rollercoaster, and ye my one Star Wars related coaster probably Dark Side related and the rest will be based on the Marvel Universe and probably will be the first Disney Park to have a Hulk related rollercoaster called Hulk Mountain and the best version of Space Mountain with 10 loops putting the original Space Mountain in Orlando, Florida to shame and it will even mop the floor with the Space Mountain in Paris.
Yet a Warner Bros style theme park in Japan could also means adding a Disney Park in South Korea dethroning the other Disney Park that is being acquired by Warner Bros in Japan, and also dethroning Cedar Park as the rollercoaster capital of the world.
The Disney Korea in Seoul will have about 20 or 30 rollercoaster rides, that also could include Maleficent Mountain next to the Sleep Beauty Castle at Disney Park Korea, yet it will have more Marvel related rollercoasters than the Universal Islands of Adventure Park combined.
This all could be related to a South Korea Pavilion at Epcot Center of promoting a Laincourt Rocks related attraction and axing the Japan Pavilion to be replaced by another country only for Warner Bros taking over the Disney Parks in Japan.
