I just want to thank you guys soo soo much. Because of you my boyfriend and I have started diving. And boy have we made out like bandits. You guys and you guys alone have inspired me to find such an exciting fun hobbie. I have watched every one of your videos. And I just wanted to give you a big thank you. Keep doing what your doing, because of us divers there is a little less "garbage" in our landfills!!!!
Another amazing haul,,,, again! It is just incredible, all this from one store,can you imagine just how much goes to waste across the whole country, food, clothing, bedding, household goods, absolutely everything, It goes to show how much profit they make if they can afford to "loose" the amount they do,, capitalism is a terrible infliction on all of humanity
This upsets me. I have one set of sheets to my name cause I am too sick to work amd can never again so everything goes to the kids. But you got places like this that does that. If they don't want to sell for whatever reason donate it. So many people have nothing :( Hell even selling it cheaply sure someone would buy it :(

I can't understand how Corporate considers these losses acceptable?? - You would think at the very least that they would donate the items to shelters or some agency that could use them for the greater good vs throwing out perfectly fine items. I would assume they could write of such donations come tax time. I am so glad that you folks are there to save this stuff from ending up in a landfill and you entertain us all in the process with kick ass videos. Your dog is totally adorable by the way.

More curtains on top of the last BBB haul... wow... I wonder why these stores have very pricey clearance items and then dump them when they don't sell... why wouldn't the stores mark the prices way down where they are actually affordable and so the customers will buy them so they can stay out of the landfills... I am suggesting price points of $5... $3 and $2
I wish the store would donate these items to family's in need.alot of children don't have sheets or blankets to cover up with.some don't even have beds.so sad so wasteful.

How can you sell an item if it still has a sensor on it? How do you remove it so you can even wear it ? Do you have a way of removing it yourself? Before selling it? Just wondering!

I went dumpster diving for the first time and went to Bed Bath and Beyond and many others and ALL of them were either locked up or like a compact trash. I was bummed.😲😞💩
yeah. because some divers don't clean after thmselves. after taking the good stuff they bolted and didn't even bother to clean the mess they've made. that's one of the reasons why they lock up dumpsters now. what a bummer.

It's just greed isn't it. Why can't they just put them in the sales or donate to single parents & unemployed people, families & to peaple who are getting back on there feet from been homeless. Some stores toss over stock or return or clearance they never sell. After the brand company ask them to clearance a item, that means they don't want it. So if the store can't sell it they can't send it back to manufacture.
Its very annoying because their customers have already paid for this stuff by way of inflated prices. The least they can do is allow divers to recover the perfectly good stuff they throw away. They could also donate household goods and clothing to homeless shelters.
Sometimes they are also doing a ‘reset’ of their displays and if they have only a few of any item they will chuck them to make room for the new stock... I really wish there was a way to encourage companies to donate these items to worthy causes - or shelters/assistance for the needy groups...
No, the Manager did NOT decide all that was trash... having worked for them in the past, in receiving, it was my responsibility to contact the vendors to see if they wanted it back. More often than not, they put a destroy order on it instead of taking it back and we had no choice but to pitch it. We weren't even allowed to sell it at a discounted rate... which is obviously the most idiotic thing ever! Our store manager did it anyway lol! Whatever bedding was left, his wife would ship it back home to the Philippines so they could make clothing.. great move really. So, to set this video description straight, it's NEVER up to any of the managers... it's the vendors and manufacturers!
For some reason I’m thinking that one of the employees actually put those portable cooktops in the dumpster for the homeless Just because they’re homeless doesn’t mean they can’t get access to an outlet to plug it in. I know a few people that are homeless and I know that that’s one thing they could use. That goes for the comforters also, people are probably thinking yeah right why would they put a comforter set in there for the homeless like they even have a bed to put it on! Well. maybe the employee needed to make room for new inventory anyways and so he decided a comforter set it is cause they weren’t selling anyways. Just saying. Maybe you guys can find it in your heart to drive around and actually give it to a homeless person. That’s what I try to do now cause I used to donate to Goodwill & Salvation Army, But not anymore cause the prices they are asking for things is ridiculous considering everything was donated to them. A homeless person barely can afford a meal much less $8-$9 for a pair of jeans. Idk maybe it’s just California ones that overcharge’
2:42 In the top, they found Paw Patrol bed set. Why would bed bath & beyond trash this instead of just reuse for someone in need..... Lots of children and toddlers love paw patrol and also me i love this series and i am 21 years old... Some people don't know what is paw patrol and people doing that are not correct putting that in dumpsters.... Good thing, they keep this bed set of paw patrol for selling!!!
Target used to donate all this kind of stuff to the Good Will store. I enjoyed finding things marked way down that I could use and knowing that the money would go to a good cause. I no longer live near a Good Will, so I don’t know if they still do that. But it makes me sad when I see that many stores not only throw away stuff that others could use, but slash or spray paint on merchandise so it is totally unusable. Many of the merchants who are so thoughtless and greedy are the same ones who brag about being so woke and socially progressive! I would love to see these stores publicly shamed for this! Maybe that would mean that they would think twice before doing things like that! Also, they want to ban plastic straws, but look at all the unnecessary plastic waste that goes in dumpsters every day in this country! I have seen videos of dumpsters filled with plastic hangers! When I was young, stores had sturdy reusable hangers. The clothes were hung up by employees. But that was back when people actually worked and helped customers instead of checking their phone or standing around, complaining with fellow employees about how bored they are and how they don’t get paid enough!
I'm surprised they didn't cut or spray paint this linen! They are famous for destroying what they trash, which leads me to believe an employee was coming to take this load after work!
Perfect idea for single panels with no matches.... If I find a great pattern panel on clearance I cut the top off that has the grommets and I sew a hem. Then I use as a table cloth for my dining table. Works perfectly!!!!
Good on you guys Keep it from the landfill! We are so wasteful in this country! And the store employees are too lazy to break down the cartons and save space in dumpster!

15 good condition albums from the 80's all my favorite artist and some were still in plastic!

Also, they want to ban plastic straws, but look at all the unnecessary plastic waste that goes in dumpsters every day in this country! I have seen videos of dumpsters filled with plastic hangers! When I was young, stores had sturdy reusable hangers. The clothes were hung up by employees. But that was back when people actually worked and helped customers instead of checking their phone or standing around, complaining with fellow employees about how bored they are and how they don’t get paid enough!

I'm surprised they didn't cut or spray paint this linen! They are famous for destroying what they trash, which leads me to believe an employee was coming to take this load after work!
Perfect idea for single panels with no matches.... If I find a great pattern panel on clearance I cut the top off that has the grommets and I sew a hem. Then I use as a table cloth for my dining table. Works perfectly!!!!

seriously makes you hate comapanies. things should be donated, if i was an employee id make it happen, its a shame, i worked for a store that tossed perfectly fine packaged food, id give it to the homeless guys that would come around. no shame

Lamentablemente nuestra economía no nos permite nada y somos privado de muchas cosas por la inflación. En argentina el dolar cuesta 45 pesos argentinos.
