@@Decryptica I figured out this connection issue. In fact, Layer3 says that in every quest but I didn't read it carefully before. What is required is to press the Forcaster button and when the page is open there is a post with a frame with a quest inside - like follow that page. When you do that right there, the account is linked. IDK if connecting an external account as per your guideline was mandatory, but it works at the end of the day.
