If you used the same machine but for metal, and not for wood like yours, on which you put a blade for cutting metal, you would not have sparks, loud noise and cutting metal would be faster than 2 times!
Your woodworking machine has a very high engine speed, for cutting metal in this way, lower engine speeds are used, for aluminum and non-ferrous metals, others, and so on.
If you cut metal using technology, then immediately after cutting the part you can take it in the palm of your hand and it will not burn you, it will just be warm and not hot ... And the cutting disc will work 3 times longer before it dulls. The part should be planed with the teeth of the disc, and not rubbed by friction as abrasive discs do ...

You have to perform double work cutting 90 ° and after cutting 45 ° it was possible to cut 45 ° in the first?

So from the original cut position, is it just rotate 90degrees without otherwise moving the piece along the saw bed?

Do not cut 90° and afterwards 45°. Cut directly 45° sir, it will yield less scrap.
it was made to get the same length for all 3 tubes. the perpendicular end is used as a same base for positioning for all 3 pieces.

Странный чувак, почему сразу не отпилил трубы под 45°
это было сделано, чтобы получить одинаковую длину труб. Труба при отпиливании базируется по длине от перпендикулярного торца. это показано на видео. если при развороте на 90 градусов для второго реза труба сместится по оси - точности в соединении не будет. Можно было сделать и при разно длине, но базу для каждой трубы нужно будет свою.

Why not cut 45 angle from beginning and you got 2 pipes with 45 degree at same time

That's nice. But could you repeat this junction on the other tube end? And if them not 2 but 4?
To get marks that are perfectly 90 degrees from each other, rather than the method outlined @ 2:46, drag a square along the fence of the saw. put the square on the fence so it's parallel to the saw blade, if the saw blade saw set at 90. Drag it along the pipe, it will leave a faint mark.
Rotate the pipe until the square set with the base on the table of the saw lines up with your mark.
I am totally amazed at what I don't know the internet and people who share knowledge are pushing our intellectual base so fast it totally blows my mind

So, in the field , on a pipeline, or large diameter, structural pipe construction, there is a layout formula to do these cuts with an oxy acetylene torch.

So, mathematically, there are ways to figure angles and degrees of cuts, as well as radiuses of cuts. So, there is the golden question my friends, how, do you mathematically layout these cuts in the field? What, is the formula?
....why not just snap a chalk line on the tube? If you want to be exact then measure and mark the circumference as a height on your miter saw back plate. 0 guess work and fast....
What degree is each cut, if you don't say what degree each cut is when you're cutting from half of the diameter of the pipe and the other half of it diameter the pipe to fit into the other two pipes you're not telling us nothing you have to tell what the degree of cut is on the bottom 2 pipes and the one that is vertical that it all fits together like that otherwise people that see this will have to just guess of what is the degree of cut

Может я дурак, но почему сразу не пилить трубу под 45 градусов? Получилось бы, как минимум на два реза меньше.
В таком случае соединились только две трубы а чтобы приколхозить третью нужно ещё два раза по 45 градусов

Грамотный слесарь без знания геометрии никак!!!
Торцовку для деревообработки убивать металлом как-то не комильфо...и да такие швы с таким точным прилеганием в быту навряд ли где пригодятся,на крайняк можно усилить косынками,ну и фаску снимать в местах наложения швов обязательно надо,иначе провара в местах примыкания не будет.
есть пилы по металу какие могут пилить подшипники фаску снимать в местах наложения швов не нужно накладывают катет больше или варить в аргоне делать надо сразу хорошо плохо само получиться

Ни разу не видел чтоб наш сварщик вообще где-то что то точно вымерял и умственно напрягался. Все компенсируется толщиной швов. А потом и не красится

Он не показал сколько трубы перепортил ,пока правильно отрезал , видно со стороны что заготовка криво стоит , я пробовал ,надо все точно выставлять , пол дня потратил и всеже получилось, со всех 4 сторон и 4стойки в верх и все точно ,оправку сделал ,без неё ни как.!

That's an evolution Rage3+ saw, it cuts all types of material. With the same blade. They're good for what they are.
I build aluminium, steel and stainless pipe rail like this all the time. Although the technique I use is a little different. Set blade to 0°, then line up edge of blade with short side of your part with the 45° . Then set blade to 45° and cut.
Having trouble holding those pieces in place? 45 degree table clamp and a 45 degree magnetic clamp for the vertical piece.

@@andy6043 Yes and No.. It will cut it, but, if it gets hot it will melt and will usually gum up the blade.. If you are cutting a lot of it, I would say,, check with them and see if they have a different blade or something.. I cut some aluminum block one time and it took a considerable time picking it out of the blade and some of the aluminum just had to wear out over time.. It does not cut very well when it is gummed up.. I use my band saw when cutting aluminum..

Purchase a 'cold cut' blade, you will pay a little extra, but worth the money.
