@@madisonletellier4095 yeah dude the thing I tell myself is that animal crossing should not be stressful so if I'm getting stressed about the theme or decorating and terraforming or whatever I just take a break from all of that for a couple days and focus on the basics of the game, the villagers and fishing and catching bugs and stuff. It's okay to not have a perfectly cohesive island. That's never been what animal crossing is about anyway. So why make it that way now.
I really love the interiors of the buildings on this one, very cute and lots of inspiration! I don't like having too much clutter and outside decorations and stuff on my island, but I absolutely love visiting islands with lots of detail like this.
The upstairs "witchy" room is likely a apothecary! Think Skyrim, herbs, potions, vials, fish, mushrooms. All you could need for potion and medicine needs
You’re so good at touring, I restarted my island around a week ago and unlocked terraforming very fast by your tutorial, and this is probably gonna inspire me a lot!

instead of restarting from scratch you can take all your items and put in storage and start taking away cliffs and anything extra. That's currently what I'm doing....although it takes a lot of time and effort haha

A lot of the people who constantly rebuild and share their islands on social media do a lot of trading I think. I've never really done it, but I think they use nookazon. When I first got the game though, I got a lot of DIYs through friendly people on the AC subreddit. So if you need more DIYs definitely check that out!
You should look up Facebook animal crossing groups in your state! I’m from Ohio and am in one where people are very generous and want to give away many things or are willing to trade. Really helpful and you don’t have to spend real money like on nookazon

If you want to rebuild your island I’d recommend selling stuff you want to sell, store the things you want to keep in your storage and then start taking away cliffs and start rebuilding! :)
That ain't good to do. We all are more skilled in some areas than others, it's meaningless to beat yourself up over something that just isn't your forte. If you really want an island like this, people make presets for other people to use. Just combine them in a way you like and you're good. Pinterest and google images are great for that.

I have included a lot of different themes, I have a lot of elegant overgrown flower foresty area, some cutesy colourful areas, some city areas, farmy areas, and oriental themed areas. I dont like to be cornered into one style... making them blend is the hardest part, but it is fun to have so many different vibes to play with decorating, and explore in my island. So my advice is, if you cant decide, dont! Do it all!
They may have just removed it temporarily, I first went like a week ago and I'm back on it right now! This island is my inspiration lol it's so intricate.

I dont know about new horizons but in other ac games if ypu restart your town you can sell it and get the value in bells to start your new town

Rather than restart I think I'll take some areas down and redo them, that's the easier way to do it!
