Alejandro Santoyo performed the last concert, just before the Pandemic, at the historic Lerdo de Tejada Library, in Mexico City.
With a grand piano among beautiful paintings and colors, Luis Herrera Alvarado (Piano) and Sona Poshotyan (Cello) performed wonderfully, the emotional and passionate Sonata for Cello and Piano, in A minor, Opus 38 by Alejandro Santoyo: a memorable concert just before the pandemic and everything closed in Mexico. It was pleasantly received by the public.
The acclaimed composer has turned into music a message of hope for humanity on the horizon, through his Sonata.
Alejandro Santoyo is an international composer and pianist, who has lived in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. He began playing the piano by ear and composing when he was 7 years old and has since developed a unique sound that evokes deep moods and images. He studied music at the Berkeley College of Music in Boston and later earned a master's degree in music from UNM. Alejandro is a very active performer, and is a composer and producer for different projects in the United States and internationally.
His music has a very special energy that penetrates deeply, heals and caresses the soul of the listener. It is very moving, emotional and romantic. His passionate music and piano invite the listener to write their own story while listening ...

Con un piano de cola entre las bellas pinturas y colores, Luis Herrera Alvarado (Piano) y Sona Poshotyan (Cello) interpretaron maravillosamente, la emotiva y pasional Sonata para Cello y Piano, en La menor, Opus 38 de Alejandro Santoyo: un concierto memorable justo antes de la pandemia y de que todo se cerrara en Mexico. Fue gratamente recibido por el público.
El aclamado compositor ha convertido en música un mensaje de esperanza para la humanidad en el horizonte, a travez de su Sonata.
Alejandro Santoyo es un compositor y pianista internacional, que ha vivido en los Estados Unidos, Europa y América Latina. Comenzó a tocar el piano de oído y a componer cuando tenía 7 años y desde entonces ha desarrollado un sonido único que evoca estados de ánimo e imágenes profundos. Estudió música en el Berkeley College of Music de Boston y luego obtuvo una maestría en música de la UNM. Alejandro es un intérprete muy activo, y es compositor y productor para diferentes proyectos en los Estados Unidos e internacionalmente.
Su música tiene una energía muy especial que penetra profundamente, cura y acaricia el alma del oyente. Es muy conmovedora, emotiva y romántica. Sus apasionada música y su piano invitan al oyente a escribir su propia historia mientras escuchan ...
