Today I am going to share with you a complete guide to team defense from beginner to advanced. Your defensive unit must all be on the same page with slides and recoveries. While many slide packages exist I will showcase a simple crease slide package with a backside two slide. Yet even in this simple package, there are many intricacies that most players miss. I guarantee that you will learn something new and become a better lacrosse player if you watch till the end of this video. I will cover everything from pics to off-ball angles. I will put time stamps in the description if you want to jump around to different sections. To illustrate the concepts we will learn I will showcase clips from college teams in their respective team defenses.
