I thought this comment was rude as well…but hopefully well-intended. As an older guy several cans shorts of a six-pack, I would encourage all of us to focus on health. Weight and inactivity are easy to sneak up on us…especially if you have a young family and busy job. Good health to us all.
When you said Gumsuluk is for more spiritual people did you mean that it is a more conservative town? If not, are there any conservative towns in Bodrum? Or is it all clubbing and alcohol?
The statement about real estate prices going up and up and up in "micro-markets" is very true. My family's home in Atlantic Beach, Florida 2 blocks from the ocean has gone up and up and up since purchased in 1994 without a single dip in the price.
I appreciate your general information about the Turkish real estate region to region and an incredible amount of details. I love watching the episodes and like the reliable business you're doing in Turkey. I agree with many parts of the information about Bodrum and it speaks to itself how much interest it gets. Unfortunately, as much as I love Turkey and many beach towns, Bodrum is the number one over crowded and polluted area. Really expensive and real prices are not showing real value in my opinion. The infrastructure is not healthy to lift this many people. I wish we could leave the places as it's natural and build a foundation that can protect the area at the same time people can still enjoy visiting. These are only opinions. Yeah, ministry is doing a pretty terrible job, and the place takes INSANE amounts of tourists. Population exceeds 3-4 million in the summer, while the locals make up %10 of that. That's more than what the infrastructure is capable on keeping up with.

It’s not conservative but Qonya is most conservative area
