@hamsterpotato I believe that they are supposed to make sure to notice EVERY detail that is said, whether it is meant or not, then they probably write it down or something. (They, as in the people who help plan it.)

you do know that this was disney marketing campain, there is a tonne of subtle disney hints, the guy officating literally says the word disney 4 times in the speach, he only said the word love 3 times and if you dont belive any of that the top thing in the description is a link to disney weddings, my guess is that they disney paid for the wedding made it free orchistrated some magical "disney moments" and made the wedding video to emphasise that all to premote disney weddings. Am I the only one that has noticed this?
When you realize that you unknowingly worked the wedding on the preprep side of things in the kitchen because of the mashed potato swap out. Congrats you to. Just so you know the chefs had fun planning that moment to surprise y'all

I went to a leadership conference at Disney over last summer. The mashed potatoes moment is the type of situation they love setting up. When Disney was giving us their “hospitality” tour they told us so many stories of little things they caught when just talking to people over the phone to set up their stay. The little items they do add to their room or the little things they would do to make a family’s first vacation memorable is pretty awesome.
SO glad they didn't hire Voldemort as their wedding planner. Congrats!

"you should start dating first" - my dad said when he met my mom, he went home and told his mother he was going to marry my mom. He proposed and my mom said "no, don't ask me again." So he didn't. He set everything up and told her when and where they were getting married. Worked. They were married for almost 50 years until he died in 2014.

I’ve been in that lounge where the reception is. They let GM employees and their families chill in there when there aren’t events and then we get to hop right on the ride. It has such a great view of Epcot.

Not gonna lie. The most magical and "Disney" thing to me was the mashed potatoes. Honestly, when I saw that, I realized just how great the people at Disney are at what they do and I'm glad Alyce got that addition of happiness since the cutting of the cake is considered such a special part of an already special day, it's one of those things that seem so obvious, yet can be hard to think of lol. Gosh you can really tell just how much they love eachother. When they were doing their voiceovers of events the way Alice looked at Ben, you could see in her eyes how desperately she loved him and you could always see amazement in Ben's eyes when he looked at her, like he was thinking "How did I get such an amazing woman to be mine". as someone who has a twin brother, I really love the way J looks at Ben when Alice walks down the aisle, to me, shows how strong the brotherly bond is. Ben, I hope your marriage last and many wonderful days ahead of you
I always take a moment to look back at the groom when the bride walks down the aisle. As beautiful as the bride always is, there's nothing quite like the look on the grooms face as he's watching her. Especially since most of the guys I've seen get married have had a lot of the "hold back your emotions" upbringing, and it's the most open and vulnerable I've ever, and likely will ever, see them.

Yeah. The fan base here are pretty much all Disney lovers... in some way. To have a complete endorsement from a TH-cam celebrity, directly to the entire fan base... I bet all they needed was the money they had saved up and not accidentally left behind but went back for. Not that they didn't deserve this magical experience. If anyone got it... I'm glad Ben and Alice did. Being a TH-cam influencer, gaining and maintaining an audience... it's hard work. So in a sense, Ben has worked years for this opportunity

@ I get you. What I can take away from their happy moment is, in order to not stay lonely.. I must become someone, someone can want in they're life. That first part hit me, where they knew the other person was their person. The quality Ben was looking for in Alice and what Alice was and is looking for in Ben. The QUALITY of a person is what hits home. I hope that helps in some way. I understand that loneliness is a statement of mind and I empathize.

A minute in and I was already sobbing. Also a Disney Bride here and I can testify to the fact that our planning session was (next to our wedding day) the most unforgettable day of my life. Also, we had macaroni and cheese at our reception and during our planning my mom said it wasn't as creamy as my mommoms. Don't you know the chef checked with my mom the day of the wedding to make sure the Mac and cheese was creamy enough?! It was my then 89 year old poppop's first time to Disney. The most magical part was getting to share the biggest day of our lives with the people who supported us most. Truly incredible.

Exactly, "never stop dating" is the best advice I have ever heard.
Always make time to be together, not just in the same place, or the same room, but REALLY together, focusing on each other, in the moment, together.
