I usually arrive at the airport about 2 hrs before boarding. It sounds extreme but considering all of the crazy crap that can happen during that two hour window, I don't take chances. The wife reminds me of one of my aunts. She would always arrive about 45 mins before the plane was suppose to depart, not board, DEPART!!!. Then have the nerve to act suppressed when she missed the flight. I always roll my eyes and laugh a little inside. Like seriously buses and trains don't wait on you so why would you expect the airlines to wait, they have a lot more to loose from being late then you not being on the plane.
incredible that she could do everything wrong and he could do everything right, and in her mind hes still the jerk and makes him feel bad, its really tiring with women like these man

ADHD isn't a good enough excuse. I have it, and I like being early for things like flights and appointments so that I don't, you know, end up being late.
It manifests differently for different people. I sometimes miss trains due to preparation creep, but I'm getting better at it.
But whether she has it or not, she had a walking schedule in OP. If she had actually trouble being on time, she'd relinquish control to OP for the trip and tag along on his schedule. She must be doing this intentionally.
It's an explanation but not an excuse. This is an unfortunately normal manifestation of ADHD, however she doesn't have a right to be so peeved about it when she was in the wrong. That part is definitely not the ADHD but a major flaw in her personality.

Either your wife loves Starbucks more than jess or she’s trying to make both of you see jess less. Meg wasn’t annoyed that she missed the flight she was mad that YOU missed the flight. It’s a real possibility that she hates jess and wants you being late every time to end your relationship with jess. It could be out of jealousy or wanting to have her own kids with you instead of jess.
That's pretty conspiratorial. But overall I do agree with you that there's probably something else going on here.
Since the not really wanting to be there on time for your daughter thing is kind of unprovable. Are there other areas that you've noticed where she believes that the world stops for her?
NTA… I would’ve left her ass too. I’m not type A, but I’m definitely one of those folks who likes to be at the airport early cause ion got time to miss a flight I paid for. I don’t care who I’m with. If you playing around imma leave to ass behind and board the plane. I learned my lesson about taking your sweet time and not being on time for boarding once when I almost missed a flight leaving from Jamaica. That was enough of a close call for me to get some act right.

I have it and thought so too but something else is definitely going on, she should be apologetic about making the man miss his flights to see his daughter. The fact that she's playing victim when she's in the wrong shows that something is off.
