If we’re coming from by boat in ta chang pier, can we use tunnel?

You certainly can. The entrance to the Maharaj The Chang Tunnel is just outside of The Chang Pier.

10-12nn is the better option. Going earlier means there's no chance of feeling rushed. Last entry to the Grand Palace is at 3:30pm and they make sure everyone has cleared out by 4:30pm.
