Dental hygienist here 🙋🏾‍♀️ always use soft bristles for your toothbrush or else you’ll start to see recession along your gum line and sometimes loss of tooth structure. Always slowly move the toothbrush along, never scrub, it’s doing the work for you 😊 also, brushing after you eat is more effective as long as you wait 20-30 minutes to allow your mouth to get as close to neutral acidity as possible. Happy brushing 🥰

Hey Shevon, I wanted to help you to elevate your routine so I thought I’d add a little tip. Try using your hydrating toner at night right before bed rather than in the morning and instead use a hydrating SPF formula after you’ve applied your moisturizer! Your hydrating Toner is supposed to help to remove all the buildup and dead skin after your day has ended,some good spf is gonna prevent hyperpigmentation and sun damage.
