  • Under the present crazy situation around the world, we don't have access to training partners. So, we are left with having to create entertainment and solo training for ourselves.
Here, I show a glimpse of my training methods, from improvised forms, toys, jong.

Thank you for sharing. I love your expression of Wing Chun and your focused energy. I would love to see more videos from you. Baat Jaam do, for example, would be great.

Thank you! Wing Chun seems less relevant now. But, it is good to use Kung Fu (and Wing Chun) for self improvement. I like the fact that you are still training despite the entropy (or pandemic) occuring presently. Finding one's center is key.

In a world where most people are glued to the tv, mobile phone and social media, gungfu is more important now than ever.
Most Chinese see gungfu as a vehicle for self development, and the combative aspects are simply a by-product. I know from my heart it's my gungfu training that's contributed to my excellent health. In 40 years, I had probably only seen the doctors no more than 5 times and not taken more than 5 pain tablets, lol.
      Thanks for your feedback, Paul

Hello general tommy. I'm still playing wing chun with some of my old students on a weekly basis, but I don't really teach as such. If you want to join in, just pop over. At present, I'm in Worcester, which is about 15 minutes drive from you.

@GeneralTommy well, the only way to gain more experience and become good is by playing with us. There's no substitute for hard work in wing chun because that's what gungfu means
