I have a 60" land plane on my 1025R. No rippers. For what I do, it works well. Tends to bog down if I get into gravel more than 5 or 6 inches deep. It is not a box blade. Thanks guys!
I’ve watched your vids for years now and I had never gone to your website. I just went and… it’s NICE! You have a great setup and it’s easy to navigate. Bravo 👏
I believe you are correct on the Precision mfg Add a Grapple being cheaper than even your Ironcraft grapple. We have the Adjustable add a grapple for forks and it is great for round bales as well as brush and logs. I'm seriously considering a double clamp for our 6 foot bucket for our Grand L. I did have a question as adding hooks to the bucket. Would the Precision kit get in the way?🤔
The frame size and HP of your tractor should be dictated by your terrain and what implements you intend to use. Not the other way around. If you want to use a 60" box blade, get a bigger tractor. They may work well for some applications, but the smallest of the SCUTs lack the hydraulic flow, PTO HP, lift capacity and height for many tasks. Plus a narrower/lighter machine will likely transfer more vibration during a heavy load, making using them more tiring for the operator.
I know it's a competitor to your attachment sales, but the Summit world needs an explanation/demonstration of the Summit box-plane thing, is it a replacement for either/both?
My father invented this five-in-one rollover cultivator.., it's a small garden plow I was wanting to sell the patent on it could you stare me in the route
I was somewhat interested in the Summit until I saw they are offered at big box stores. Instantly lost interest. I was hoping to see them in independent dealerships. I have zero faith in getting any kind of warranty work.
So you chose not to see how service and warranty work would be handled? When I'm interested in something, I just ask the dealer or manufacturer questions.
Thanks Courtney, this video is just right on time for me 😀😃😀
The correct attachment makes the entire operation more efficient.
I have the Speeco quick hitch and it is a game changer on my subcompact Massey. The box blade is now easy to attach! As is the tiller.

As a person who is about to buy a first tractor, this video was a HUGE help!
Thank you!
About the land planes
What you need the rippers for are pot holes just to break them up NOT to rip up the whole driveway or road 👍
Correct
Just ordered mine today, can't wait to get it.
I was glad to see the 50hr maint video that Summit just came out with!

How do you feel about using spacers on the Summit tractor?
What is your opinion on the Summit dump trailer?
The thing to remember is small tractors small implements. Good video Courtney I appreciate it

Where can I find a Vid on how to attach summit grappler to tractor?
Can you use rim guard in front wheel

Yes. I decided to go with Kubota. The features the Summit comes with are nice but the lack of a cab and backhoe were what helped form my decision too.
