Last May I was in Riga and saw Rail Baltica under constrution. It was very impressive, thanks for the nice video. I have subscribed to this channel. Greetings from The Netherlands.

Because during covid times this project became overpriced and it has only military goal. Taking in account what around this project (financially) is happening in Latvian government, it is very unlikely it will be finished.
@@Sh1neful As a Pole, I am more thinking of increasing people's mobility and further improving EU integration. We have similar thoughts in Poland on a new international airport hub CPK but are also looking at the fiscal benefits, apart from military ones.
Осталось совсем немного времени,и железный конь заменит рабочую лошадку! Ура товарищи!!! Не хватает совсем немного,только 5 ярдов европейских рубасов🤣🤣🤣
I don't understand what they are building it for! There will be no rails, or any movement of the tracks. The main line has not even started yet, and it does not include Riga or Riga Airport. Maybe in 50 years, but by then the buildings will be obsolete and will have to be rebuilt.

The stations and the railway road itself are two inseparable things. Railway road without stations is not particularly useful and stations without road are not useful too... But in our case, in Latvia they started building from the stations.

No enough workforces in the region to launch every construction site. Tracks might be the fastest part to build, so it will be step by step.

@@kyah117 How i understand, no workforces and no 100% of finances.. Finances goes step by step too..
