Not far from the lake towns of Nainital and Bhimtal, there is a special place hidden in Uttarakhand where you can connect not only with yourself but also with Mother Nature. It’s called Heal Farm.
Born from the love and desire of Priyanka and Adnan to share their eco-sustainable and alternative lifestyle with travelers from all over the world, this incredible farm invites you to spend your days in some much-needed healing surrounded by nature. And this where I experienced SOUND HEALING for the first time - conducted using various tools and instruments to create sound and vibrations that allow us to experience the power of sound and vibrations through sessions that will help us rebalance our energy, calm our senses and heal from within

सातताल प्रकृति का वो अद्भुत वरदान हैं जहाँ आप अकेले होते हुए भी आप अकेले नहीं होते
एक ऐसी जगह जहाँ शरीर को सिर्फ सुनसान सन्नाटा दिखाई देता हैं और आत्मा को प्रकृति का वो अद्भुत नज़ारा दिखाई देता हैं जिसमे वो समाने के लिये बैचैन रहती हैं
सातताल मेरी १२ साल पहले की यादों का वो हिस्सा जिसे आज भी याद करो तो अधरों पे सिर्फ मुस्कान आ कर रह जाती हैं
