I'm at this stage of my rv12 build. Do you ever have problems with the Rivets not wanting to go in? My holes are all lining up and the clecos go in no problem. But often the Rivets don't fall in as it appears in your video.
Every once in while, I have had to do a "final drill" with a #30 (1/8") drill bit to get a stubborn pop-rivet placed. All the pre-drilled holes are 1/8", but sometimes multiple parts don't line-up exactly.
At first, I was concerned that the one I had chosen wasn't going to be any good, or last very long. But, it has been working perfectly. Only 50 bucks! www.harborfreight.com/3-16-inch-air-hydraulic-riveter-93458.html
What kind of blade do you use on your band saw? I have a simple 6 tpi blade on mine now but it cuts pretty rough on the last bit of a cut. Yours seems to cut smoothly. Thanks

Very nice move to only remove the blue plastic covering around the rivet holes! 🙂👍
Thank Reuben! It's also good therapy....

Agreed on the final drill comment.
What brand/model is your pop rivet gun? Seems to work really well. Do you recommend it?
