I have to say when you go to the nymr to have your good times there as I have had many good years there with my family until recently I'll health caught up with my wife Nora and me you really have to enthusiastic about filming the locomotive from the train it's, self but in this video there doesn't seem to be any sort of enthusiasm to film the locomotive from the train it, s self maybe you should be more enthusiastic about the locomotive and not just to what is at the side of the train from John and Nora here in kidlington in oxfordshire
@@johnfrancis8901 Hi John, thanks for comment and I appreciate your feedback, I too would have liked to film more of the loco but the weather conditions on the day just meant that if the camera was out of the window enough to feature more of the locomotive all you would get is even more wind noise. It was also 2 degrees at the time and there is only so long you can hold a phone safely with bare hands in cold conditions without risking dropping it, so I had to take a safety first approach. Hopefully I can get better footage for you on the NYMR in the future :)
Excellent news Iskra we miss it dearly as it's our favourite railway, there is something about the nymr that grabs the heart of many people like us and we just hope that we can get back there again at some point
