My 13 year old dog isn't doing well

My mom literally got me to go see him thinking it was time. That it was happening. Idk what the vet's going to say but something is wrong. And I have anxiety and so this is a precaution for if I go silent for a bit.
UPDATE for anyone who sees this before I make an update video: It looks like he'll be ok. Ear infections + not eating enough because he needs soft food looks to be the issue but still waiting to be 100% sure. Blood results came back good!
