My grandmothers saints were San Martin de Porres and Our Lady of Guadalupe. I remember San Martin had a huge red spot on his forehead where she would kiss the statue every morning and Our lady on her feet. I know that I asked why she did that, but it has been so long ago that I no longer remember her answer. 😔
I was looking for a channel that was respectful and zero against saint magic and I finally found it! Thank you for uploading a video with your saints, I keep mine in a tin that was made to keep chocolates 😄, nothing fancy.
I put my Saint medallions on a keyring and carry it with me - did that so I could keep my Community with me as I was driving my semi-truck across the country. ❤

Omg I have been there so I totally get it! Thank you again for sharing this Saint kit. I have prayer cards scattered about and I lost many in our move 3 years ago. This has inspired me to gather what survived and make my own kit and start collecting them again. Blessings!

Hello, I’m Italian also my parents and all grandparents are from Italy ! I was raised Catholic ! After I became a witch and discovered that the catholic religion has a pagan foundation I felt like I was lied to and became resentful and angry ! Then came the big scandal of pedophiles in the church which repulsed me ! Have you ever watched the movie “spotlight.” ? If not I suggest you watch it , I believe it’s still on Netflix ! I have had convos with Catholics and some seem to believe it was a localized problem rather than a systemic problem which upset me more ! This is a world wide problem with the Catholic Church ! No doubt about it ! To wrap the whole thing up I came across two cardinals ( don’t remember their names) that made a public statement blaming the women of the church for this ! They claim that women esmasculated men and now that’s the reason they have a hard time getting decent men into the church ! All along I was drawn to the mysticisim of the church and found the saints to be more holy and worthy that the church as a whole, but the pedophilia and the misogyny has totally blocked me from having anything positive to say about this religion even the saints because really we don’t know what they did in their lives ! Even mother Theresa has done some despicable things if you research her history ! I believe mother Mary was acknowledged as a mean to appease the pagans and I do believe she is one of many goddesses but I can’t bring myself to acknowledge even her because of the recent history of the church ! Please don’t accuse me of being bitter and angry because although sometimes I can feel angry about it even in the absence of that anger I cannot do one single thing to acknowledge or endorse this religion in ant way shape or form ! I am actually repulsed by it ! I have a physical revulsion of it and it’s misogyny and pedophilia ! And I haven’t even discussed some of its doctrine that I am opposed to ! I believe Christianity as a whole is one of the most detrimental religions to mental health,,along with other religions but right now I’m talking about my former religion ! I do not resent anyone that still participates in it but I have to acknowledge that I certainly don’t understand the loyalty to such a toxic religion ! To each his own ! I do draw the line at associating with Christians because I cannot hide my feeling or position regarding it ! I’m talking about face to face live now,,,if they would keep their religion to themselves as I do I would be okay with them ,,,I don’t talk about my religion in a face to face situation ,,but it’s inevitable they will bring it up and I physically cringe ! I just can’t get past the recent evidence of the ,,,,criminal,,,behavior of the church and the misogyny ! I wonder how people can look past it ! I can’t I can’t I can’t ! Thanks for listening
