when i was a corrections officer and someone was on suicide watch we had to have a visual of them every 15 minutes and the had a non tear able blanket and often just in their underwear. camera never broke down either. no way did he commit suicide
In the prisons I was in, they had tear resistant velcro suits and cameras in the cells for people on suicide watch. They do not allow items in the cells that a suicidal person could harm themselves with. Granted, this was a notoriously crappy County Lock-up called the "Tombs" so perhaps they didn't have that type of facility. Interesting that Epstein wound up there... or convenient.

Read the PSI and you will see that yes that is how prisons are run 🙄

I've done time in prison; when you're on suicide watch, you're always in a cell by yourself and are naked. They make you wear this big green padded suit to make it more difficult to harm yourself. They certainly don't allow you to have a pen and definitely don't let another person in the cell with you. There's no way that many jumpsuits somehow ended up in his cell. And the fact that the cameras happened to malfunction around the time it happened makes you wonder. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but there are way too many inconsistencies for this to be a "suicide."

I'm a former corrections officer. 1. Hard pens like that aren't allowed. Period. Some really low prison units may allow them to some extent, but Epstein wasn't convicted yet, and was also on suicide watch. He would never be allowed a hard pen. 2. Inmates aren't allowed to keep uniforms in that matter. You're only allowed to be in possession of the uniform you're wearing. If something spills on it, or you need a new one, you request another one, and an officer will go get you one, or send you to the laundry to get another. It's not rare to find an inmate with an extra one, but that many just laying around all over a single cell? Nope. 3. I've personally responded to 3 hangings. One was from a grate similar to the one covering Epstein's window, so that's definitely possible. Another use towels tied around his shower hook, which was a breakaway. He stuffed paper into the slot below the hook until the hook no longer gave way. As the hook was only 3ft off the floor, he basically tied it around his neck, and then just tried to sit until he passed out. Gravity did the rest. So it's also possible Epstein could've hung himself from the ladder or bed frame. Of course the broken bones would suggest a much harder hanging than that. Such as jumping from a tree with a rope around your neck, with the abrupt stop snapping your neck and breaking bones. Either of the possible hanging methods Epstein used would've been 'soft' hangings. Where the person lowers their self down rather slowly. They basically choke themselves out until they pass out knowing that once they do, they'll remain in that state, and asphyxiat. That method wouldn't result in broken bones. None of our cases had broken bones anyway. Hard to imagine Epstein broke 3.

The only doubts I really have surrounding all of this isn’t the suicide versus murder aspect. It seems pretty clear from most stuff that he was murdered. Where I do have some doubts of the conspiracy surrounds who was responsible for it. I could see it being much higher levels who caused it to happen considering the relationships he had with so many powerful people. But I could also just as easily see people of the prison itself being responsible for it. It doesn’t seem totally crazy to me that as a pedophile, the most hated prisoner to exist, to have seen him be killed as a result of other prisoners or officials of the prison. And if they wanted to do that all the aspects that point to the issues would be just as applicable. So I guess I could see it being either way. But the fact that it vanished quickly from public minds does add to the idea that it was powerful people at the helm.
He’s super high profile, these types of people when they go to jail, it’s like a “different, lenient jail”. It’s crazy, like he had 18 hours a day to go to another room to have visitors and talk, no other prisoner will be getting that same treatment unless you “run” the prison.

In the prisons I was in, they had tear resistant velcro suits and cameras in the cells for people on suicide watch. They do not allow items in the cells that a suicidal person could harm themselves with. Granted, this was a notoriously crappy County Lock-up called the "Tombs" so perhaps they didn't have that type of facility. Interesting that Epstein wound up there... or convenient.

I've done time in prison; when you're on suicide watch, you're always in a cell by yourself and are naked. They make you wear this big green padded suit to make it more difficult to harm yourself. They certainly don't allow you to have a pen and definitely don't let another person in the cell with you. There's no way that many jumpsuits somehow ended up in his cell. And the fact that the cameras happened to malfunction around the time it happened makes you wonder. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but there are way too many inconsistencies for this to be a "suicide."

I'm a former corrections officer.
1. Hard pens like that aren't allowed. Period. Some really low prison units may allow them to some extent, but Epstein wasn't convicted yet, and was also on suicide watch. He would never be allowed a hard pen.
2. Inmates aren't allowed to keep uniforms in that matter. You're only allowed to be in possession of the uniform you're wearing. If something spills on it, or you need a new one, you request another one, and an officer will go get you one, or send you to the laundry to get another. It's not rare to find an inmate with an extra one, but that many just laying around all over a single cell? Nope.
3. I've personally responded to 3 hangings. One was from a grate similar to the one covering Epstein's window, so that's definitely possible. Another use towels tied around his shower hook, which was a breakaway. He stuffed paper into the slot below the hook until the hook no longer gave way. As the hook was only 3ft off the floor, he basically tied it around his neck, and then just tried to sit until he passed out. Gravity did the rest. So it's also possible Epstein could've hung himself from the ladder or bed frame. Of course the broken bones would suggest a much harder hanging than that. Such as jumping from a tree with a rope around your neck, with the abrupt stop snapping your neck and breaking bones. Either of the possible hanging methods Epstein used would've been 'soft' hangings. Where the person lowers their self down rather slowly. They basically choke themselves out until they pass out knowing that once they do, they'll remain in that state, and asphyxiat. That method wouldn't result in broken bones. None of our cases had broken bones anyway. Hard to imagine Epstein broke 3.

The only doubts I really have surrounding all of this isn’t the suicide versus murder aspect. It seems pretty clear from most stuff that he was murdered. Where I do have some doubts of the conspiracy surrounds who was responsible for it. I could see it being much higher levels who caused it to happen considering the relationships he had with so many powerful people. But I could also just as easily see people of the prison itself being responsible for it. It doesn’t seem totally crazy to me that as a pedophile, the most hated prisoner to exist, to have seen him be killed as a result of other prisoners or officials of the prison. And if they wanted to do that all the aspects that point to the issues would be just as applicable. So I guess I could see it being either way. But the fact that it vanished quickly from public minds does add to the idea that it was powerful people at the helm.
He’s super high profile, these types of people when they go to jail, it’s like a “different, lenient jail”. It’s crazy, like he had 18 hours a day to go to another room to have visitors and talk, no other prisoner will be getting that same treatment unless you “run” the prison.
That pedophiles are hated by other prisoners is a myth anymore. First of all there, pedophiles make up a sizable percentage of the prison population anymore, a lot more than most people suspect. Secondly the morals of todays society have fallen enough especially with the criminal crowd that the majority don't care. Proof of point is the fact that with all that has happened in this case and people haven't stormed DC with torches and pickforks demanding everyone connected to this case be prosecuted at least is telling as how much our present society's values have been eroded.
