Exactly right .. This is the primary point that people are not realising.. aapka khud ki fund mein 7-8% mein hi milega..90% + govt .rakh legi pura corpus ka aur ussi se assured pension dega.. Ultimately no benefits.. Just a political gimmick before state elections..
आपने स्पष्ट भाषा में सही से क्लीयर किया। लेकिन और जितने गोदी चैनल है वो महिमा मंडल में लग गये है।अगर सरकरें कर्मचारी के पैसों का ही पैंसन देगी तो सरकार अपना कुछ नहीं दे रही है।

और यही स्कीम पहले अपने नेताओं पर लागू करे।
बिलकुल बेकार है इसने क्यू बोला 25 शाल के बाद 50% पेनशन मिलेगा ,इसका मतलब जो बान्दा 24 शाल 362 दिन सेबा दिया उनका तो फिर 10000 रुपया दे कर वोलोगे घर जाउ।

Every month contribution= 10% of (basic+da) = 1/10 of monthly basis+ da
For every 10 month employee contribution= 1 month of basic+ da
40 year = 40*12= 480 month
total employee contribution during 40 year of service= salary (basic+da) of 48 months
Govt give lump sump on retirement= basic + da of only 6 month
pura khel yhi par hua hai government ke pass 40 year ki service mae employee ka 48 month ki salary jma ho rhi hai plus 40 saal ka interest bhi but govt wapas only 6 month ki salary de rhi hai wo bhi bina kisi interest ke
