Having given up cigs and vape I think vaping was wayyyy harder to stop. It’s nefarious for all the reasons you mentioned plus it doesn’t feel as bad on your lungs…until you give up. I got massive headaches. Took 2 weeks for cravings to subside. Fuck that shit. Good on ya for quitting.
The 0 Nicotine sub was a good way for me to start the journey of getting off and it made me feel silly doing it after awhile so once the Chemical addiction has subsided its pretty easy
