Great information! In Austin, Texas we have such a competitive market that almost always, the appraisal waiver addendum is needed on resale homes purchases (of course, unless it’s a rural property). This is forcing many buyers into new construction who are out-bided on resale homes even with the waiver in place. Good vid!
Better together ! The knowledge shared for all makes my career more satisfying because all agents can find how to win for more success in today’s market.
Awesome thank you for making this video! So since the appraisal addendum part 3 allows buyer to backup even if lender approves and appraisal comes less, shouldn't we confirm with lender prior to writing offer their what they'll do if appraisal comes out less? This might vary from lender to lender depending on how much you put down so we should ask them to confirm? This is the only part that I'm not totally clear on with regard to using the third party financing addendum versus the appraisal addendum option 3.
Your videos are always so helpful. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to produce these videos.
I've had questions about this and haven't used the Addendum b/c of my lack of understanding it. Thank you for clearing it up for me.
