Not really, the Sith and Jedi are both appallingly stagnant, the only thing they are good at bringing about is each others downfall. They don't change they decay into each other and ultimately they will destroy everything if they are allowed to maintain a place at the fore of galactic affairs. What I'm saying is that Star Wars needs Seperation of church and state, the Sith need to stop building empires, the Jedi need to stop enforcing the will of corrupt governments.

Building strong standing army or establishing Empire, as long as these institutes only administring and protecting, is not contrary liberalism. Republic, while can pose as democratic, can be very anti-liberal and anti-libertarian if it is etatist, socialist, bureaucratized or other way corrupted. Only flaw in the Sith Code is they always betray one another, it is inevitable for the apprentice to try and kill their master to attain the title of Dark Lord of the Sith. Hannah killed Bane, Vader killed Sidious, Talon kill her own master just to serve the Emperor of the One Sith Empire! They are enslaved to seeking power but are only confining themselves to subjugation!
Talon actually explained why she killed her master and pretty much the whole One Sith philosophy *SPOILER ALERT* That was when Cade temporarily joined the Sith and became the apprentice of Talon.

You have a group of masters train worthy force sensitives as their apprentice and any more force sensitives in the order train in their own group or on their own in the galaxy to prove themselves to a master and the current apprentice and hopeful apprentice would duel to the death and whoever was the victor would become the new apprentice. Therefore a master would still only have one apprentice at a time.
Death at the hands of his apprentice is the closest thing a Sith can come to happiness. It means he did a good job. He successfully proved that he was capable of creating something more powerful than himself. CREATION, not destruction. Nothing can be truly destroyed. The Jedi are fools.
It's so good to see different characters from various Star Wars epochs together - it adds so much to the continuity! I wish these would also include those from Jedi Knight Series, where real actors also could be seen.

That book was exceptional and put so many pieces together and gave a more detailed analysis of the darkside..plus the voices and again the story which should have been a bit longer in my opinion were immaculate!!! The Sith are The Light side of The Force. Red was considered a colour of Light and still is , Yang , Male,active,growth etc. Blue did not even exist as a separate colour for ancient civilizations it was understood as a shade of black,female,stillness,passivity,stagnation,Yin. The fact that our current civilization stage insists on depicting Light as Dark and Dark as Light in major pop sagas says much of our imbalance ,as does the premonition that conflict will go on forever till we realize this inversion.

+Cody Crawford Darth Bane technically Falls under that category: the only "mass killing" that he was indirectly responsible for was the mass Suicide of the Sith Brotherhood of Lord Kaan, and by extension the Jedi he killed with him. Bane's primary goal for the Sith was to stay hidden from the Galaxy until such time as they could take their revenge: mass-murder of innocents wouldn't exactly be subtle. it wasn't until Darth Sidious that the mass-conquest and subjugation/murder came into the fore again.

Well done. Nicely made with the exception of magnetos soundtrack. hahaha. I thought it worked but its the theme for (quite frankly) a lesser villain.

The Sith are The Light side of The Force.
Red was considered a colour of Light and still is , Yang , Male,active,growth etc.
Blue did not even exist as a separate colour for ancient civilizations it was understood as a shade of black,female,stillness,passivity,stagnation,Yin.
The fact that our current civilization stage insists on depicting Light as Dark and Dark as Light in major pop sagas says much of our imbalance ,as does the premonition that conflict will go on forever till we realize this inversion.

"The Force shall free me" was removed form the Sith code as Darth Bane found that relying on the force is only another chain. Sorry, my inner geek wouldn't let me leave without commenting on that.

I wonder if there are "moderate" Sith in the galaxy. Sith who give into their desire for power and self-determination but without forcing wanton slaying of innocents or capitulation of entire planets.
+Cody Crawford Darth Bane technically Falls under that category: the only "mass killing" that he was indirectly responsible for was the mass Suicide of the Sith Brotherhood of Lord Kaan, and by extension the Jedi he killed with him.
Bane's primary goal for the Sith was to stay hidden from the Galaxy until such time as they could take their revenge: mass-murder of innocents wouldn't exactly be subtle.
it wasn't until Darth Sidious that the mass-conquest and subjugation/murder came into the fore again.

The Sith typically murder the innocent to fuel their power because they feed on fear as well as anger and hatred.
A true Sith Lord shouldn't embrace sadism and evil. In my eyes a good Sith is just a pure pragmatist. Killing, enslaving, ECT should only happen when the price is worth the gain. Any ruthless acts should serve the greater purpose of overall increasing ones power.
