Gen Naeem Lodhi's Approach is Positive and , under the present Scenario, , is Workable. I feel further that it is in the Best Interest of the Country that all should forgive and forget and a Consensus be Achieved!!!!!!!!!!!
The Generals should be Court Marshalled. They have nothing to do with politics. Enough is enough. The true mandate of people should be returned to PTI. IK must be released. He is a world leader and these Generals hv put him in jail in fabricated cases.
Gen Lodhi is wrong. People are not against Army but their participation in govt affairs, civil policies, foreign, domestic policies, all are in govt’s domain. IK’s visit to Russia or any other country must not be influenced by Establishment. Like any other country, establishment is consulted in making important decision but the final decision rests with the civil govt. These are the principles of all developed countries.
Pak Army is too visible in almost every thing in Pakistan. Has 4 Marshall’s laws improved any thing in the country. Army Generals must back off and return the forcibly gotten mandate of the people of Pakistan back to them. There is no need for negotiation. Some thing is stolen and that should be returned. But Gen Lodhi is suggesting to let’s negotiate that the steeling of mandate will continue in future and this is the mandate of Army whom they think should come in Power. Is this fare and he see the country will progress ?
These Generals whether serving or retired feel they are the owners of the country and the country must be run under their command. The word ‘Command’ is used in Army but this word ‘command’ has no significance in running a country. Countries are not run by ‘Command’ centralised to one person who is ill equipped to run a country. Even most important matters like ‘Wars’ can not be left to Army Generals & Commanders. There is a popular saying of PM Winston Churchill “Wars are too expensive a matter to be left to Generals”.
Our dilemma of persistent 3 yrs of serious political instability is the desire of individuals personal gains. Gen Bajwa wanted extension and even wanted another extension. The Chief justice wants an extension and perhaps the present Army Chief wants an extension. So the only road block in their way is PTI & IK. So all state forces of the govt, establishment and judiciary are bent to destroy, crush PTI & they hv succeeded in their plans. They collectively have done every thing including illegal & unconstitutional methods to dislodge IK, break him. They have imprisoned thousands of workers female, male, young and old, denied them their right for fare trials. Est handed over Power to country’s most corrupt, money laundered, plunderers, convicted criminals.
Yet Est requires an apology from IK. What a cruelty being exercised in this country. The country has never witnessed such jungle laws & rules.
Gen. Lodhi can’t visualise the scenario we are in and the destruction caused to all institutions in the past 3 yrs by the coalition of Est, corrupt mafias & criminals in the form of Sharifs & Zardaris and compromised judges like Amir Farouk and Qazi.

Gen Rt Khalid Naeem Lodhi Sahib your perception about the present Govt that their main objection is to creat gulf as much vide as possible between PTI and establishment it is in their interest. Only establishment can remove this vide gulf by taking initiative. As a first step they should free PTI leadership and workers from all politically motivated cases.
