I had similar issue with the enter key, just try to locate service center near you. they will replace the keyboard without asking single question. for mumbai they have service center in Goregaon.

Yes i have been using Rapoo E9350G and i also faced issue regarding some of the keys and the service center took almost 45 days for the replacement of the keyboard but altogether i will say the keyboard is of best quality at such price range. and it provide a premium user experience.
