First rule of scam school, if the person performing the trick says they have no way of knowing what the card is there's about an 80% chance they forced a card on you.
Vaas Montengro Hey, good thinking, and good joke. Other than making them from ordinary decks, they make plastic cards now. Not just plastic coated, but entirely plastic. Bicycle and Hoyle, as I have seen. They feel and move a bit different than any deck you may be used to, however. And the Hoyle's are mostly transparent except for necessary markings, making them not a good choice for illusions.
Snatch n Grab good point, the bicycle plastic deck would be perfect for this trick www.bicyclecards.com/product/bicycle-prestige-standard-index-playing-cards/
this has been one of the coolest tricks I have ever seen on scamschool that is ridiculously mindblowing and easy at the same time. great trick, off to get myself some neverwet
This is actually amazing! It's been a while since I've actually been mindblown from a trick on scamschool (most episodes are still good but this was just wow) well done, my dude
Cut deep, cut deeper. Ok sly guy. But then you spilled your drink. And I'm like this is a blooper reel. Then what a way to reveal. Such wizardry.!!!!! Best and simplest use of the CDCD force I've seen yet. Bravo sir!!
Mathieu Bich did this as well. It's called Watermark on Theory11's website. It has become my favorite trick to perform, but I absolutely love your reveal! Never thought about looking like a fool and spilling a drink on the napkin.
This is one of the reasons why I love watermark by Mathieu Bich. The literal impossible happen. Stopping water's physics makes people believe in your magic. An amazing tool that can slipped into your pocket
ive learned a few ways to force cards from this show, and it never dawned on me that Brian forced the 7 of diamonds until he said you have to force a card... goddamnit, ive learned nothing!
It's kinda weird knowing that you film most of your episodes in Austin because I live in Austin too. I'm hoping one day I might actually bump into you.
I might've watched too many episodes of scam school since I realised what was going on from the beginning. I even guessed there would be wax or something on the napkin when you spread it out. Still looked cool though :D
I had heard of Never Wet before but I had never thought of using it for a magic trick. That is Brilliant!!! where can you find Neverwet? I wonder, is there a way to get this same kind of effect with other matterials? maybe make the hidden image appear in a different color?
You could put rubber cement in the shape of the reveal on a napkin/rag (both sides), to make an air tight seal. Then you can soak the whole thing in (safe) oil for a few days. Then take the napkin out, and remove the rubber cement. That way, most of the oil soaked area will be left clean, while the rest absorbs the water. NeverWet is available in large bottles as a product at most franchises. Just google NeverWet
well, you could also use a glue stick to setup the trick and use some kind of ash like charcoal, pencil lead, etc to reveal it. I already saw that trick from mismag822
Scam School I have a math riddle for you my first stop is one my second thumb is 512 my pointer finger ring finger and Pinky is 26 and all 10 digits is 1023 how is this possible
I this be even better. Set up a cloth napkin ahead of time and place it within reach. Then when you spill the water you "panic" and grab the napkin and start drying it up and then lay out the napkin on the table revealing the card.
First rule of scam school, if the person performing the trick says they have no way of knowing what the card is there's about an 80% chance they forced a card on you.
Pro Tip: You should sell the hydro repellant at scamstuff and Modern Rogue.

Cut deep, cut deeper. Ok sly guy. But then you spilled your drink. And I'm like this is a blooper reel. Then what a way to reveal. Such wizardry.!!!!! Best and simplest use of the CDCD force I've seen yet. Bravo sir!!

ive learned a few ways to force cards from this show, and it never dawned on me that Brian forced the 7 of diamonds until he said you have to force a card...

I might've watched too many episodes of scam school since I realised what was going on from the beginning. I even guessed there would be wax or something on the napkin when you spread it out. Still looked cool though :D
Why didn't you just put the Never-Wet on the cards to keep them from getting ruined?
What about behind the scam? I've been waiting for a new episode
