Kashin Koji and Jiraiya always showed badass variety when it comes to different jutsus. Nothing overpowered but purely ninja moves. I wished they gave kakashi such variety as he is also a legendary Shinobi

You will be surprised in terms of abilitys momoshiki is the closest we have seen to be a otsusuki god.
While Ishiki looks stronger because of the fight between momoshiki and naruto/sasuke the manga alrdy showed us that momoshiki knows all shin jutsu including a jutsu that lets him stop the time of everyone and everything except for him and boruto.
Ishiki was stronger in terms of fighting power but momoshiki is overall the strongest otsusuki we have seen so far.
People still dont understand that Momoshiki planend to get killed because he saw the future with shinjutsu and knows exactly what will happen to boruto because of his eyes.
In the manga he lost 1 eye alrdy and with this eye boruto lost everything because kawaki and eida used a shin jutsu that only an otsusuki god should be able to use to switch roles with boruto (everyone Sees boruto as the one who killed naruto now)
While momoshiki just needs to wait for boruto to loose everything inorder to take controll over borutos eyes even momoshiki couldnt see eidas abilitys coming because eidas shin jutsu is the same jutsu the original otsusuki god used to create everything after he becamse an being that trasendended into another realm.
This is momoshikis goal but in order to achieve that he had to implant karma into boruto to get his eyes.
Thats also the reason why toneri feared momoshiki and not ishiki because ishiki isnt close at all to an otsusuki god he has no knowledge about shin jutsu except for the one he uses.

Dear everyone saying, "oh boi Koji is op he did as good/better than Naruto and Sasuke":
1. He did so well against Jigen because he had intel on him and his abilities. Jigen was also stated to have recovered around "10%" of his power after the Naruto/Sasuke fight and had absorbed a bunch of chakra from the Juubi before fighting them.
2. Isshiki was toying with Koji the entire time, he stomped him effortlessly and could have ended it in a second if he'd wanted.

Shrinking stuff doesn't explain giving same stuff motion, bcs Newton's laws. Jigen's ability to control movement and speed of stuff he shrunk or enlarged remains a BS plot armour so that he could actually defeat his opponents. Without that Sakura could beat him up.
He's definitely weaker than Kaguya and Momoshiki and they've beaten them.
His fanboys/girls can go mad all they want, but Jigen was never a good villain, in any sense. His backstory is a retcon, he's simply not written as powerful as he needs to be to be doing this, and he's a very dull, paper-thin persona.
