with mercs (+3), nashor (+3), rabbadon, void (+1 %pen), shadowflame (+1 flat pen) and RFC (+2 crit + %ms) u can get all 10 stacks, crit chance also counts and crits procs your passive waves
You could try mercs/ntooth/lich bane/deathcap/zhonya/ardent, ardent gives mspeed + okay AP while giving the passive effect to yourself as well if you heal a teammate in teamfights (and a little bonus healing which doesn't hurt)
So I tried out first strike yesterday for the first time and it actually really slaps. I'm enjoying it, will keep testing it out in all my games, the extra gold is really nice too.
