The only missing one is Rondo. He has evade me for a very long time. And I did over 8 multis on his banner too...crazy.

Rondo is probably one of the least needed. Any char that shaves many shields with AoE in the specific fights should do.

In summary, the 2k gold guidestones for each arena champ reset. That means you can convert them into 500 generic gold guidestones.

They are especially good for arena due to the 0.5x unbroken multipler and 2x broken multiplier (= 4x dmg bonus to broken foes)
