The 207 i just bought last week beeps & shows ''roof movement not completed'' and it won't open, i hear the pump try to do something, i'll check the oil lvl on pump, but trying to get help seems very hard, there is not much help on Peugeot forums i've looked at, i presume there are contact sensors on front of roof, i've read that an OB2 code reader won't do me any good as it won't connect with the separate 'roof ecu''. If i could afford to go to Peugeot & pay out the nose, i wouldn't be buying a 14 yr old car in the first place. Real shame as it's a lovely looking car bought for the wife.

i need help on my 2001 206 the roof doesn’t work but tried manually opening it and it opens but now i put the roof back up the boot opener doesn’t want to latch shut so when i’m driving it’s beeping what do i do ?
@@muni-osman to be totally honest this car was nothing but problems for me I fixed one thing and the next problem would arise , the last thing that whent was my clutch so I sold this vehicle as fast as I could

Hi, I have a 2003 206 cc and the dampers for the trunk are not working. Do you know if still I could open the roof without damaging the motor?

Turn the circular clips near the latch , it locks in to place

these cars are really cheap now because the roof always malfunctions!
I got one this week for £250, roof still works, which is a bonus but even if it fails you can do it manually, so I`ve been told.
Not always but its becoming to get old , mine have near 19yo and still works good
