Saw you write right on you plastic gas can. I do as well. In addition to the fuel mix ratio, I also use a sharpie to date the gas and if it has had Sta-bil or another gas additive put in. Some of my cans, such as my Stihl chain saw mix might sit for a few months or over winter, if I'm not cutting, so it lets me know, when I reach for it, just how old the gas is. Years ago, when I had more cans, I'd fill up 5 gallon cans at the pump, then transfer off a gallon at a time into the individual small cans for different ratios, like the Stihl. Old gas went into my 1970s Chevy Boom Truck, with the 305 engine. The old carb on that truck didn't care what kind of gas I put in, it ran on anything and kept my small cans fresher, by dumping the aging gas into the boom truck. To erase the sharpie dates, I just used a rage with a bit of acetone as an eraser.
The green shelf for your coop is similar to the nest boxes I've always used. I tend to put about a 2' lip board on the front of each tier, so it holds some straw or sawdust in for them to lay on. I find boxes of about a 12 x 12 x 12 size work well for most birds in a mixed flock. Though, with the smaller banty hens, they will sometimes share a box with a second hen and take turns trying to hatch eggs, even duck eggs. My smallest bird was the most broody and would collect a big group and stretch those wings trying to hatch them all.
minute 6 Pulley Belts: those are made to be a "universal" style, where you can add or remove links to make a replacement belt the size you need. The idea was to keep a few of those around and it saved you a trip to town just for belt or from having to keep so many spares around the place. I love mixed farm auction lots. You're right that one or two odd items can pay for the load, but such loads do tend to be a time suck, so you have to enjoy the process, which I certainly do.
Uberism dropped another video so I am dropping everything to watch
I know what you mean man. I do the same.
Keep hoping I'll see him when I'm out trash picking but no luck yet.

I have my Dad’s 3 horse Johnson that I ran a lot as a kid. Your canoe is the perfect boat for it.

That bucket full of bolts looked like 5/8"-11 bolts. That bolt felt insulted being called a "half inch" bolt. Lol
