Thanks Linda, around 25 years ,e everything has been grown from small ,seed or cutting. I did stop around 2010 for a good few years after losing a fair few things due to the weather .I started back up a year or so before covid

Not everything but i have tried to plant a mostly hardy backbone to the garden and either plant out the more tender stuff in late spring ..... Some hardy stuff doesnt make it some years so there's always room to experiment to find what works and not
