You know I'm 61 years old. Lived in the North bay all my life. And ive seen it snow and stick in the Benicia area two times. Once in the 60s and once in the 70s and that was in the towns of Benicia/Vallejo . So this one is not as impressive. And ive seen it snow many times in the higher hills and mountains around the bay area.

Lions don't have the crampons needed to hike up snow, but it's not that hard to climb Mt. Diablo.
Lazy park rangers rather close the park than do their jobs and manage.
