In 1989, Jay Rosenblatt, a doctoral candidate at the University of Chicago, discovered parts of the manuscript in Weimar, Nürnberg (Germany), and St. Petersburg (Russia), then he assembled these multiple sources into a complete one-movement work called Piano Concerto No.3 Op. Posth. (S.125a). Additionally, this piece was misidentified as the early draft of Liszt's Piano Concerto No.1 because it is in E-flat major as well.
This is actually a very lovely piece by Liszt - that solo was surprisingly calm for Liszt, though it worked so well and you managed to create such a lovely atmosphere especially in the solo. Well done!
Indeed, this piece is very different from other concertos by Liszt, it does show more elegant and gorgeous lyrical moments. I appreciate the compliment!

Beautiful playing👏🏻. Love this piece, luckily it was rediscovered. Makes you wonder how many other amazing pieces have been lost to time.
