The problem with this story is that R. Kelly shouldn’t be the only one going to prison. His inner circle knew about his actions and were involved including those in the music industry. In my eyes, they are just as guilty as R. Kelly himself

My mother was abused by her therapist for a couple of years before her parents found out what was happening, I was raped and didn’t tell anyone for a year or so until my school counselor noticed some behavior and they were thinking my stepdad was abusing me and were going to be investigating him, so I came out with the truth of who really did it. Let’s not blame the parents for their children being targeted by a predator

Judge wouldnt allow defense to use it. She also stated in sentencing that her mind had been made up prior to case how many years she would give him. 30 years he has been in industry, 30 years he was supposed to have been abusing, mistreating women, his 30 years is due that he could ask to own the rights to his Music therefore she gave him 30 years.
There was way more than just the documentary. Evidence came up in court that was never brought up on the doc and even the things that were brought up on the doc, it wasn't like the documentary was just played for the jury for the trial. The witnesses came in and testified under oath to their experiences. There was also damning physical evidence retarding many aspects of the case against him. The court transcripts are available. People just don't do the research. They want to believe conspiracy theories so they just block their ears and tell themselves things to excuse him. What it comes down to is those particular people cannot come to terms with the fact that for years they've idolized a sexual predator who they had the wrong idea about all this time.

I saw a case where a woman had committed some seriously bad abuse against some children and others and was put to death. I then also heard how she grewup and how her parents just abused her, allowed people to have sex with her, she lived in squalid conditions and I don't know if it was ever reported. I thought if anyone should've had her sentence switched to life in prison this woman should have. Same with serial killer Aileen Wuornos. She had an absolutely horrible childhood. She should've gotten life in prison. If society never took care of you and abused you then I think that's mitigating circumstances.

@@darrylherring1730 in "the court of law" a eyewitness of the crime is considered direct evidence, not circumstantial evidence, and it only takes for the jury to believe a single witness for the state to legally fulfill it's burden of proof needed to land a conviction. Yet in the R.Kelly case instead of providing the 1 eye witness needed for conviction, the prosecution provided 45 eye witnesses, 11 of which were the victims who made the accusations. So even if we only took the eye witnesses into consideration, the state provided 45 times the required proof needed for a criminal conviction. Perhaps you should study the law you're pretending to have a understanding of before making yourself look ridiculous online

Judge wouldnt allow defense to use it. Evidence came up in court that was never brought up on the doc and even the things that were brought up on the doc, it wasn't like the documentary was just played for the jury for the trial. The witnesses came in and testified under oath to their experiences. There was also damning physical evidence retarding many aspects of the case against him. The court transcripts are available. People just don't do the research. They want to believe conspiracy theories so they just block their ears and tell themselves things to excuse him. What it comes down to is those particular people cannot come to terms with the fact that for years they've idolized a sexual predator who they had the wrong idea about all this time.

Yet in the R.Kelly case instead of providing the 1 eye witness needed for conviction, the prosecution provided 45 eye witnesses, 11 of which were the victims who made the accusations. So even if we only took the eye witnesses into consideration, the state provided 45 times the required proof needed for a criminal conviction. Perhaps you should study the law you're pretending to have a understanding of before making yourself look ridiculous online

She was on anxiety, high-blood pressure, & as she got older had PTSD from keeping all that Trauma inside. Dealing with SEX from a GROWN MAN is Traumatic. She developed depression, fibro-myalga, & LUNG Cancer that took her life!!! This causes severe medical problems, if the trauma is untreated! The VICTIMS have a right to speak out!
