    Hi, Katie. Discovered you on SnapChat. I knew your last name sounded familiar, and then I realized you were Denise Austin’s daughter. At a young age, I had one DVD (old school lol) of your mom’s that I’d try to do from time to time. I’ve struggled with weight all my life, but now, I’m the best I’ve ever been. I am down 65 pounds, and counting. I’d like to lose 50 more. I’ve hit a plateau, so I knew I had to switch it up. That’s when I discovered you. I screenshot your recipes and workouts all the time! I love what you do and who you are! I have an honest question though. I am a 29 year old plus sized girl. I’m thick. A lot of that is due to genetics as I have learned on my own weight loss journey this past year. Is your program able to help women like me, or is it geared more towards women who are lean already and just want to tone it up? Cause I’m not considered small or lean or petite. Like I said, even though I’ve lost 65 pounds, I’m still a thick woman. I just need to know if your program can continue to help someone like me, or if what you do is geared more towards smaller women. I hope this makes sense. I just want to do what is best for my body. Especially as far as exercising goes. As far as your recipes, I love them! I eat like that already! Portion control and healthy eating have become my lifestyle already. I’m so grateful for where I’m at and how far I’ve come. As I switch it up to hopefully end this plateau, I just need to know if you help women like me. Thank you! Love you and what you do! 💕

    Omg Katie I just did this workout with 3 lb weights and it killed me... Need to get rid of these flabby arms
