I think you forget about Stracciella Marker because I found all markers in the video but I didnt get the halo stracciella marker is in a marshmallow while going to chocolate fountain.When going to fountain(Im talking about the fountain next to magical fence in candyland) you will see a couple of marshmallow one of the marshmallow is a little bit light yellow you will go to that marshmallow when you go it teleports you to a room Stracciella Marker is in the room
I checked and its 17 markers to get candy halo now i think the last marker may be stracciatella marker because the hint is an oddly colored marshmallow idk tho edit: i just got the stracciatella marker and thats how i got the halo
