Nice...love the UI experience with Invoke. It's just made for my brain it seems LOL. Nice video, thanks! Also, you're so close to 50K!! Nice to see cuz I've been a long time sub. 🤘
Thanks for the update. I have used Invoke since version 3 was being rolled out; I'd finally figured out ComfyUI (or as good as anyone can) and ended up deleting Invoke because it was taking up space... I may have to have another tinker with it over the weekend. At one stage I thought you said Samuel Hell Jackson... thought that sounds like a cool Halloween character!
Wow! Your message about using AI in your creative tools is precisely how I feel. I’ve been a serious AI enthusiast for the last two years, using it in nearly every aspect of my personal and professional life, and I could not be happier that I found this channel subscribed. Thank you for the knowledge from this one video. I can’t wait to use your sponsor for a virtual machine.

This was amazing. I’m enjoying Mimicpc and I truly appreciate your explanations and teaching me how it works. Not to mention sharing these models with us. This is maybe the most powerful tool I’ve seen on there yet.
I constantly intend to start getting a hang of Invoke, even keep it installed in Stability Matrix, and every time something prevents me. Usually that something is that Abdullah Alfaraj' Photoshop Stable Diffusion plugin. I'll get to invoke eventually I hope.
@Bob Doyle Media - question, often i have old projects that are screenplays. they are scattered across a few text documents. some have updated and some have outdated parts of the story. whats the best ai to throw those in to give me the "updated version" of the story?
Wich type of GPU is fast enough to run stuff like this when you mention high end? I guess I have a somewhat medium kind of card I think (I have not idea where the line is) I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER. Would that be enough for this or other stuff you mention you need a higher end card for?
@@PowerRedBullTypology I’d recommend something higher than that for invoke. It’s interesting that I can run some models on comfort UI that invoke chokes on. So there’s a lot going on under the hood that I don’t fully understand with invoke, but I haven’t even tried to run it locally yet. If I do, it will be on my RTX 3090.
Hello! This is a mind blowing video! I installed the Invoke IA to my PC, but I was not able install the Flux Dev model that I have, can you please let me know what or from where I can get the Dev Flux (Quantized) model that you used? Thank you! :)
@@GubEscuadron when you go to the model manager, do you have a starter packs tab on the right hand side? That was added on the mimic installation as of today and is not part of my video. But that should provide an easy way to quickly download and install all the models you need.Is it version 5.2?
@@BobDoyleMedia I think that the problem is in the version that Ponokio has of Invoke IA, because it doesn’t have it. But I downloaded Invoke IA from their official page and it does have it.
Not every version of Flux models is supported yet in invoke.. they are very strict in selecting what to use due to their strict idea of only and only using free software. so for example face ID doesnt work too, because its just not real freeware. (ipapter face is in .. but weaker). Flux furtheremore needs a unbeleavable big graphics card... 24 gb vram ... and more...
@ there are many solutions for flux now that use lower VRAM cards. I’ve run into other sites that also don’t use any of the insightface technology because of their license.
@@BobDoyleMedia Yeah i know... the Quantized versions are much smaler. But its still wild wild west in versions and fitting ip adapters and loras and so on.. INvoke in the starter model also gives you a quantized version and there are otthers out there you can downlowd now to use it.. but still.. on my 16 gb card, i can only use the quantized version.. and even loading a controlnet kills the card.. so it still is very very big and not for everyone.. in my workflow, i mostly use XL and the canvas to create the composition and only at the moment use flux img to img, to improve the image with low denoise.. We´ll see if SD3.5 by time when improved by the comunity will give us even better results.. Flux is an icreadible model.. but its very difficult to prompt for i think.. so maybe 3D3.5 will improve this..

Audio sync issue is framerate mismatch or GPU load on the capture machine?
It's not his PC generating so nope. Also.. incredibly lame for him to heart a comment he paid no attention to.
