NYSW on 11Z

On Saturday April 27th, 2024 I headed over to North Boyles on Norfolk Southern's Buffalo Line to catch the daily manifest 11Z. Trailing 3rd in the consist today was NYSW SD70M-2 #4066. 4066 is a former NS SD70M-2 and the NYSW currently has 4 of these on their roster. They were purchased to replace the railroads aging fleet of SD60s. The 4066 was on its way to Enola for maintenance since NYSW does not have their own maintenance shot in Binghamton.
