My comprehensive thoughts and review about my new Jiffy Steamer. It's been a month since I bought it, so you can be sure I have had plenty of time to test. This is NOT a sponsored review, it is a balanced view of the pros and cons. I bought the steamer with my own money to give you the full picture.

I bought an upright steamer some years ago (between 5-10?) after I did a tutu making course and have never used it since! I am glad to see that it might have another use when I start *doing* some millinery rather than just watching your wonderful videos...
I’ve become quite fond of my Jiffy steamer. I use mine primarily for steaming garments (wedding and formal wear).
In my experience, it is a quick efficient way of finishing custom sewn garments and ready-made pieces I have altered.
I also wanted to mention that the shade of green you are wearing at then end of this video is a lovely color for you.
Hello, I shall have to try using my jiffy while sewing dresses! And thank you so much about the green 😊it's one of my favorite colours
What did you think of the Jiffy steamer? Is it too expensive for what it does? OR does it look like a worth while investment?
Seems like a bargain as it also substitutes for a weighs set! 🏋️🏻♀️💪
I know! It's arms day everyday now 😅
I would buy one. Often felt the need for one just like this - not having much luck on the Aust market ATM. Even a friend who has a cleaning business cannot replace her steamer she used every day. I will have to keep looking.
Comment I was typing when the premiere ended: I should ask Cha Cha if she's every had issues with the bag trick overheating the steamer.
Did you get it as a gift (or other free term) for a review? :)
No I didn't - I specifically wanted to buy it myself to give an honest review. I hope you found the review useful! 😊
@@ByIlonaMillinery Thank you for an honest review. I am always a bit skeptical of youtube reviews because of what I mentioned above. But thank you for clarifying. I am glad you didn't go down the 'gift' route. Love your hatmaking videos even though I am not a milliner myself. I use your techniques in my fashion work.
@@Mangakuray I am so glad you like my vides 😊My aim is to always be very honest - whether that is genuine reviews, or when things go wrong for me in the making process. I think the millinery and fashion worlds overlap quite a lot! I myself started my interest in fashion as a seamstress before discovering hats.
@@ByIlonaMillinery Respect you for that. 🥰
