Update: Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. I really really appreciate it. The boil finally closed about a month later but the healing process was really painful. Now the skin is pretty much healed but it's reddish/purplish and a small hole was left behind.

I kid you not a few seconds into this the roof of my mouth was relieved from pain because of mucus build up. It feels amazing thank you so much! I have been struggling with this for about 2 years now but until recently it’s gotten worse. I think it’s because of lack of sleep because of school and I feel so much better now. @@ccaselli7 I had a issue called costocondritis. Hard to explain but there’s a uncomfortable feeling in either your sternum or your left and right upper chest and below the rib cage. Long story short with afew listens in 3 days this relieved my issues surprisingly. I was shocked because I wondered if this video would help with it but it did. Must be the tendons in the chest that was healed.
