Listening to this from Australia. I'm a Com Sci masters student. Been here all my life as a second generation Australian. Pretty damn amazing, the breadth of knowledge. As an Indian by origin, it seems like the competency level required to make meaningful change is high. I think it is a brilliant way to mantain creativity and integrity up the top of the ladder. And great guidance by knowledgeable panel members is an important and Integral part so amazing work!
